McLaren Vale - Your Friday night live music guide!

Updated: Mar 26

Adelaide has long been labelled as the 'city of churches.' Yet South Australia's capital has the fifth most churches in Australia and even the bright lights of Sydney have three times more churches than Adelaide. Sydney and Hobart both have more churches per capita than Adelaide. It's time to put an end to the city of churches label.

Visit Adelaide from January to March and you will find more outdoor live music events than anywhere in Australia. This is boosted by the Adelaide Fringe Festival, which is the largest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere.

Even in the sleepy small town of McLaren Vale, there are countless live music events on every weekend. There's nothing better than live music amongst the vines, while the sun in setting. The beautiful surroundings allows you to truly unwind and enjoy your weekend.
